A rustic Neapolitan-style bread with a dark, expressive crust and a soft, open crumb. Slow fermented over several days to develop depth, aroma and character, then baked to order in small batches.

Each loaf is made specifically for you, and only after your order is placed. This is bread meant to be broken, shared and remembered, not rushed or taken for granted.
